@Luxe, I hadn't looked at it from that point of view. But then of course I probably was occupied reading one of the Dutch management sites: managersonline.nl or managementsite.nl, which try to be broad spectrum sites.I like the idea, but I also like to know if I am not inventing the wheel all over again. So maybe we can play around some ideas. Like personal development in combination with organizational goals. But that is not something we need to discus here. I will send you a mail through the join2grow message system.
@ NDOA. Hello, if the French language is a barrier, why not try to make a similar blog in Dutch or in English. So we could together convert your constraints into an opportunity. We could create together a blog with a similar content and contribute both to it. Challenging idea, no ?
@Luxe thank you for the site, but my french is not good enough to understand the translation into Dutch on Babelfish. Maybe it is time to go back to school and learn more french.@ Rademaker: I think you are right to say that entrepreneurs are more often act-ors then not, but that does not mean that non entrepreneurs are not act-ors also, I think. I think there are lots of act-ors around, and many go out and become entrepreneurs, but others just become great politicians, gurus, artists, parents, etc. Being an entrepreneur just means you like to act out on the economic stage. But in the end it does not matter if you acted or not, you will be a different person from the person that came into this world. Life has a way of changing everybody, no matter what he does. The only thing you can do is find out what gives you the most fun and try to develop that.So I think that personnel development should lead to having fun in living.
Hello, I found an interesting blog with management advices about personal development. It's in French and the address is as follows: http://blog.celufo.biz. You will find some good hints, written in a dynamic style, done by different autors, with different stress and mostly bright ideas you can immediately apply to your daily life or business.
Personal development is about walking through life while making conscious decisions on a daily basis. It's about having more control of one's actions and emotions and remain motivated no matter what situation or environment you're in. The ability to be the "act-or" in one's life must be a key differentiation element between entrepreneurs and others.
