I wonder, should I call an instrument like a mobile phone or a pda a gadget, when I use it daily, and try to use more then just the main functions?Although I must admit I use only four functions on my phone: calling and receiving calls, taking photos and video, playing golf, using the timer/wake-up. In comparison to the available functions you could call that measly. On my pda I use about the same amount of functions: address book, calendar/datebook, to do list, memo’s, picture taking and video, playing simple games and using gps. The number of possibilities on my PDA however is infinite.Or is it a gadget because I could also use several paper versions and get the same thing done with less use of electricity?
