Nowadays the process of the approaval of the European constitution is completely blocked. What ? Did you say blocked ? Well as such yes, because 2 countries (France and Holland) blocked the process of the approaval of the original text (The countries were mainly using referendum as technique). So after the last European Top meeting, Angela Merkel got the 27 EU countries agreed about some "reduced" texts, but without giving it the same name "European constitution". We are now waiting that the European countries individualy integrate it into their own legislation. Does someone know where his own country stands (Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany etc)
