The influence of Al Gore's world trip in order to promote it's film was enourmeous. Suddenly the whole planet got conscious that ecology is important and that changing things started to be urgent in order to protect the planet, leave a "not to bad" environment to the future generations, to reduce the CO2 emanations around the world, to implement Kyoto's measures etc. Reducing through whatever possible measure the warming up of the planet is real actuality in many countries. How will the Netherlands, Belgium and other countries around the sea survive if the level of the sea rises so much ? What will happen to the north and the south pole if all ice and gletsjers disappear? So thanks to Al Gore, we're more conscious about ecology ...
