In our days internal Customer Care politics are changing from company to company, everyone tries to make that spot and to create a contagious focus in the eye of every client.
Customers in our days they are not just happy to feel “satisfied”, they want to be blown away! Customers are more demanding, much busier and more media saturated than ever before.
