As Join2Grow is a Western European networking site, I would like to know what the differences in values are between the different countries that have access to this network. Why differences in values: because values and core assumptions are what make a ****ture tick several researchers would say.So what are core assumptions for the Dutch society for example: One that comes to mind is that Dutch should not make other people jealous by showing of their riches. Something the seem to forget once they are on vacation. Another is: you should not confront others with their flaws if you need their support in the future. The most famous one we have is our need to treat everyone as equally valuable when discussing a solution, it even got its own name: Poldermodel.What values do the Belgians, French and Spanish see to be part of the Dutch civilization?
