can you really manage change? the approaches we have seen up till now make me think about managing a factory, which is quite different! that's why I prefer the change facilitation approach: coaching and helping organisations, teams and people to change. but as they are the changing system themselves, they have to be the change. so my heart goes to all these newer approaches like open source technology, appreciative inquiry, world café, ... you can read a lot of good stuff on the blog www.change-management-blog.com.
