But outofthefox, what are you going to do with foreign property, is it just investment? And does it matter where the property is located?  

Sorry no boat here, living near a river doesn't really invite sailing. Going up and down, just to be able to sail, isn't much fun in my opinion. Beside I would need an armored boat and dock, to prevent me from wrecking the boat or the dock every time I try to land. :-D
