Hello Jcheriep, I tried to find some information about Birkman and his tool, but it seems that I will have to ask an expert, to tell me more. I would like to know what the basic idea is behind this tool and in which assessment category I would need to place it? Is it a personality assessment tool, or a functionality tool or something else? And in which way is it different from other tools it could be compared with?
