Carlos Diaz, a self-described 'serial entrepreneur' has been co-founder and CEO of two companies, groupeReflect and blueKiwi Software. Founded ten years ago in Limoges, GroupeReflect blossomed under his direction into one of the leading web agencies in France.

Currently, Carlos is CEO of blueKiwi Software, which aims to become a global leader in the field of business social software, dedicated to enhancing the web-based interaction between company employees.
