Thanks for the feed back. Since I was better informed about Mifid than about Sepa and that the communication/publicity for Mifid has been stronger lately, I thought that my formulation of Sepa being the Mifid for non-investment products was more or less right. Thanks any way for the precise answer of yours.

Hello,

I don't think cash and liquidities fall under SEPA. I read that only credit transfers, direct debits and credit and debit cards were concerned.

Hello,

I've heard that now that Mifid just comes in action, the EU discovered another piece of legislation called SEPA. Is it roughly right ot consider Sepa the Mifid for cash and liquidities?
