For me, Innovation is important. It can be the driving factor behind the other elements listed. When managing innovation, one should always keep different things in mind:
1) try to be unique
2) innovation should lead to added value (otherwise, it is maybe very creative, but not innovative)

I voted something else, because customer satisfaction can be reached through different methods. You can be cheap, have the best location, your employees can do a good job at satisfying customers, you can make the most new products, that all can satisfy customers. Your profits can be the highest this year, but the lowest next year, your growth might be larger than average this year but next year you are almost bankrupt.
To me success would be indicated by the age of a company. How old is it? Companies that stand the test of time, seem to posses exactly that which is needed, to not only satisfy existing customers but also new ones and also employees. They must be innovative because else there still would be succesfull companies that sell stuff that people bought in the eighteenth century. They must be making profit because their shareholders did not sell their shares and maybe they are not the most rapid growers, but who knows how big they might become over the coming centuries.

I voted for customer satisfaction - obviously if the customers aren't happy there can't be profit, and without profit there is neither growth nor innovation. My second choice would be "employee satisfaction" since in my experience the best way to keep customers satisfied is to have happy employees. Thoughts anyone?
